Crafts Response to COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers:

Our customers and employees are our top priority, so as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a greater impact in our community, the staff of Craft Automotive and Collision Centers want to share some immediate steps we've taken to help keep you, our customers and employees, safe and healthy.

All though there are no known or confirmed cases of the COVID-19 in the Lynchburg area, Craft Automotive & Collision Centers has put in place the following health and safety practices.

  • We ask all customers, that are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms to please call sales or service and reschedule when you have fully recovered.
  • In addition to reinforcing good hygiene practices recommended by the CDC with our team members, we have also increased the frequency of our already stringent cleaning and sanitation procedures in every department daily.
  • We're requiring all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing and staying home when sick.
  • We ask upon arrival at our facility, please take time to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, which can be found in all departments when available.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to modify our processes to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in our facilities.
